Do I get access to my own data and accounts?
Yes. You own your Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads accounts. We work inside them on your behalf. You have full access at all times — we never hold data or accounts on your behalf.
How often do we get reports?
Monthly reports are standard across all engagements. For clients running active paid campaigns, we also provide weekly spend and performance summaries so you're never in the dark between monthly reviews.
What tools do you use for reporting?
We use Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Ads reporting, Meta Ads Manager, and Looker Studio for consolidated dashboards. We set these up for every client during onboarding.
Can I get a live dashboard instead of a static report?
Yes. All clients get access to a live Looker Studio dashboard that updates in real time alongside the monthly written report and review call.
What if results are disappointing? Will you tell us honestly?
Yes. If performance is below target, we say so clearly in the report, explain what we believe caused it, and outline what we're changing. Hiding a bad result behind better-looking metrics isn't something we're willing to do.
Is reporting included in my marketing engagement, or is it a separate cost?
